Kronstadtsoft is a new software studio, organized around the way software is built today. We deliver custom web applications, online stores and AI systems on AWS and Cloudflare infrastructure, from architecture through operations.
Founder
IAlexandru Adam.
A software engineer with experience in AI integration, security, AWS and Cloudflare infrastructure and systems architecture. He has delivered AI tools used in a regulated industry and built scalable systems that serve millions of customers. He holds the AWS Certified Developer Associate certification.
He balances delivery pace, technical rigor and the long-term health of the platform. He starts from outcomes and first principles, and he trusts people and autonomous teams. He brings technical depth, architectural judgment and strategic direction to problems at the scale of an organization.
How we control quality
IIOne quality system, applied to every delivery.
We work under a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001, with written procedures, records for every released version and internal audits, and we are preparing the system for certification. A change reaches production only after automated tests, static analysis and accessibility checks.
